5 months agoI really like Power Press. However, I wish the employees were more knowledgeable about the macros in the items. Same thing w the owner. For being inside a gym like powerhouse you’d think they’d have all this down. For that reason I try not to eat there just because I don’t know the cals and protein of the items. Please consider fixing this.

a year agoGym is amazing and has all the equipment needed to complete any kind of workout. It's always clean and the other amenities like the sauna are great. Front desk is always helpful and friendly especially Jen.

a year agoGood gym, first time coming in on a Saturday after work. Enough wipes to wipe down equipment. Veteran friendly. Omar is really fun and helped lift my spirits after work 👌🏽

a year agoEvery time I try something new I LOVE IT! Power press has so many different meal, smoothie, and juice combinations which helps me to not get bored with my nutrition! The prices are better compared to other meal prep places, and it’s super convenient to grab what I need before/after workouts.

a year agoRuben and Roxanne truly give seamless and pleasant experience, their service is absolutely outstanding and the food here is sooo good as well as affordable especially if you’re trying to get your protein in after a good workout. 100/10 recommend. This place is above and beyond and has made the biggest impact in my day to day life when I don’t have time to cook yet still want to healthy. Thank you Ruben and Roxanne!

2 years agoI was helped by Ruben out in the front and overall had a great experience. He was really friendly and helpful with the menu items. I got the powerhouse smoothie, 10/10 would recommend. Great flavor and lots of protein.

2 years agoGreat health and wellness shop. Love the environment and Ruben’s customer service 10/10. You definitely should try the new addition to the shop the Detox tea. You will such a big difference in your fitness journey. Love this shop!
